2. Non-Refundable Services

Fees are non-refundable once any of the following have commenced:
Candidate sourcing or screening
Resume shortlisting or profile sharing
Interview coordination
Recruitment consultancy or advisory services

3. No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued for:
Employer’s change of hiring decision
Candidate rejection or withdrawal
Delays or rejections related to visas or work permits
External or regulatory factors beyond our control

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days via the original payment method.
